You can feel the friction
A customer calls for an update. Someone checks an inbox, asks a colleague, opens another system—and finally has an answer.
Each step seems small. Across a whole business, those steps consume attention your people could put toward customers, sales, and better work.
That’s where I start.
The work between the systems.
From my own operation
At my real estate investment company, we used AI in the sales operation to reduce manual sales work by 80% and double monthly closed contracts in 90 days, without adding staff.

The sparkOS approach
Before recommending a tool, I look at how the work actually moves. What can be simplified? What needs a clearer handoff? Where could AI help?
Make company knowledge easier to find and give leaders a clearer picture of what is happening.
“Where’s the latest information?”Examine how inquiries become quotes, follow-ups, and customers—and where good opportunities stall.
“Who’s following up on that quote?”Find repeated entry, unclear handoffs, and manual coordination that pull people away from higher-value work.
“Did those details make it to the team?”Choose an example to see where I’d start.
The quote went out. The next step lives in someone’s memory.
A clear owner and follow-up process. AI could help draft the next message for review.
The sale is complete. Operations has to chase down the job details.
One consistent handoff. AI could help assemble the information and flag missing details.
The answer exists. Finding it still means interrupting the same person.
A reliable source of company knowledge. AI could help people find answers with source references.
Illustrative possibilities. Your processes, systems, and numbers determine the right plan.

Your systems and workflows mapped, with a Clarity, Growth, and Operations assessment and baselines.
Workflow transformation designs with transparent ROI models, grounded in your operation.
A prioritized 12-month plan and a complete do-it-yourself path, with separately priced implementation options.
I look for at least $75,000 in credible modeled annual impact across the company before recommending the audit. A qualification threshold, not a savings guarantee.
A note from Mark
Hixson, TennesseeFellow business owner,
If you received my letter, this is the conversation I had in mind: a look at how your business actually runs, where work gets stuck, and where AI may be worth pursuing.
I’ll start with your people and your processes. If there’s a strong business case for a deeper audit, we can explore it together.
A few fair questions
No. You know your business. The briefing starts with how your team works, what matters to you, and where things could work better.
We decide whether a deeper audit is worth considering. The $7,500 audit is a separate engagement. Implementation is separately priced; the audit also includes a complete DIY path.
The audit uses scoped, read-only access to systems you approve. Your company’s workspace is kept separate, and you can download your deliverables. Access closes when the engagement ends. Any later implementation changes require an explicitly agreed scope.
I focus on owner-led businesses with roughly 10–75 employees in the Chattanooga region, within about two hours of Hixson. If you’re unsure, tell me a little about your company when you reach out.
